About
Flow Projects is an international theatre production agency. The company's mission is to help independent performing arts projects come true by providing administrative and executive support. Our performing arts administration experience is based on years of work with the leading theaters and arts organizations, as well as international education and extensive research.
As a Culture Club we offer you unique opportunities to visit various cities and explore them through the prism of art and performing arts. Cultural tourism is a type of tourism in which the visitor's essential motivation is to learn, discover, experience and consume the cultural attractions and products offered by a tourist destination. The tour is always built around remarkable performances and events. While you get the opportunity to have a glimpse of backstage, learn about the performance that you are there to see and have an opportunity to meet artists or directors personally, you also get a great chance to explore the city with locals and professionals in order to see unusual places and hidden gems.
We prepare full package services for you. We can also create an individual tour for you based on your preferences.
Program
The program is built around a major theatrical event, such as a premiere or a famous performance. We also select walking routes, excursions and site visits based on the city's vibe and specifics. You get a unique experience of seeing the city as a local, visiting unusual and non-touristy places to taste all the charm of each place.
Accommodation
The day begins with a pillow. Single or double accommodation with breakfast is offered in hotels of at least 4*. We try to select for you comfortable boutique hotels with an interesting history, unusual design and convenient location. At your request, a hotel can be chosen to specifically meet your needs.
Food
We believe that the gastronomic experience is no less important than the cultural program. While lunch time remains of your personal choice, s selection of various restaurants is prepared for your dinner: at least one experience to try exclusive signature cuisine, as well as restaurants of local cuisine, to taste all the delights, wine tastings and other.
Concierge service
A personal manager is available for you from the moment you purchase the tour. Our managers will be at your disposal almost around the clock and 7 days a week. They will be available not only online and when preparing for the trip, but will also be present on site during the trip and will be ready to assist you with any issue.
Unique features
Intellectual Escort
You will be accompanied by a unique person with encyclopedic knowledge in the fields of history, art, culture and theater, who is selected depending on the program. These can be theatre critics, dramaturges, playwrights, observers, journalists, historians...
Performance
The central event of each tour is a performance in the main theater of the city we are going to. You will either see a remarkable premiere or a must see iconic performance.
Exclusivity
Our groups consist of no more than 12 people, so a personal approach is guaranteed.
Special guest and interaction
We will organise a meeting with an artist or a member of the production team in an informal setting during dinner or breakfast. So you will not just watch the performance like an ordinary spectator, but immerse yourself in the amazing world of theatre.
