Cancellation Policy
At Flow Projects Culture Club, we prioritize transparency and clarity regarding our cancellation procedures. If you need to cancel your participation in an event or program, please review the following guidelines:
Cancellation Requests: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. This ensures that your request is documented and processed efficiently.
Cancellation Notice: Cancellations or amendments received in the period of 30 to 21 days prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the total agreed price of the reservation. Cancellations or amendments received in the period of 20 to 14 days prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total agreed price of the reservation. Cancellations or amendments received in the period of 13 to 0 days prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 90% of the total agreed price of the reservation. No-show bookings are also subject to a fee of 90% of the total of the remaining value of the booking.
Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 30 days of your cancellation request being approved. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Transfer of Registration: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual. Please notify us at least 7 days in advance with the details of the new participant.
Exceptions: In exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies, different cancellation terms may be considered. Documentation may be required for these cases.
